    1. Kim Jong un has now taken his place as leader of North Korea, since Kim’s death in December. Now political talk regarding North Korea has been focused on Kim Jung un and what he will do with his father’s legacy. Countries such as China, South Korea, and The U.S. have been watching with interest to what this new leader will do; relation already with most of these countries were already falling apart at the time of Kim Jong Il’s reign. The choices made by Kim Jong il will not only affect The U.S. but also many Asian countries in that area.

  2. Global Warming negatively effects global agriculture. If Global Warming continues then then there will be many countries that will have a drop in agricultural economy, which many of those countries depend on. Also there will be a signifigant raise in sea level and this will result in land loss for farmers and agriculture.

  3. Ever since biblical times Human Trafficking has been a problem, and even though there are organizations to try and stop it, the traffickers find a way to go around them. The reason that it is an issue is because people are persuaded to cross national borders to become sold into sex trade. This trade ruins the person mentally. After returning, if they do return, from the trade, the person has been changed forever. Also, it shouldnt be allowed because of the changes it leaves on a person.

  4. Overpopulation is an international issue. With the human race growing in population, concerns are raised that the natural habitat, the earth, will not be able to sustain much more life. In countries such as China, Japan, India, and Africa, issues such as unfairly shared resources makes living a problem. This makes overpopulation an economic issue, due to the most highly populated countries having very little resources. Overpopulation is also an environmental issue, due to the concern that the earth will be stripped of its natural resources, and will not be able to sustain many more people.

  11. Thesis: The consequences of human trafficking of women in children in South Asia are not only physical , but they are also economical and mental. People who are in the sex slave trade have a very hard time with mental stress. Most children who come out of the slave trade cannot trust humans for a very long time. Their minds are etched with mental scars. The Economy is booming because of the demand for sex slaves, and the ease of buying isn’t helping. In this sense the consequence is positive for the economy. Physical consequences are obvious. The slaves are lined with scars and burns, and they have permanent damage to their bodies.

  14. Thesis Question: How does sexual child abuse lead to issues for children that were abused in their later lives?
Children that are sexual abused have problems with staying in a long term relationship, drug abuse, alcohol abuse, and they might have inappropriate sexual behavior. Human trafficking falls in this category also because young women and women are taken into human trafficking for prostitution, and they do not mind because it helps them escape their lives of poverty. This can be a problem for whenever they become older because they sort of like being gone from their former lives, and whenever they get released they do not know what to do except go back into the industry. Also, they can kill themselves from the usage of alcohol and drug abuse.

  16. Coal has different uses, which include cooking, manufacturing metals, to power plants, and more..There is a major set back with using coal though; it creates massive amounts of pollution. A potential solution is to turn to alternate sources of energy, more specifically, wind mills. The wind mills would provide China with pollution free energy. Without so much coal pollution, people would be able to live more healthily in China. Besides coal being a hazard to peoples health, it is a hazard to the environment as well.
